• Single day itineraries: Tour rates are seasonally variable and will be discussed and agreed upon with the tour coordinator prior to booking.

• Multi-day itineraries: Overnight surcharges are payable on top of the daily rate.

• Payment: To secure your booking, full payment of the tour is required in advance. Payments are made via a secure online payment system.

• Cancellation: Cancellations with full refund of deposit are accepted up until 4 weeks prior to departure.
